FOODS FOR EYE HEALTH

Eyes are the senses that are very vital in our lives, because our eyes can see the natural beauty of the earth, can see the look of human beings or other. therefore this eye health we must guard it well. Eye health is a priceless thing. However, keep the eyes healthy can be done in many ways easier, including of food. Some of the following foods can help maintain overall eye health and protect the eyes of many problems that can interfere with the senses of sight, such as cataracts, nearsightedness, and so forth.
Food for Eye Health :

 
1. Salmon

As already known, the salmon is rich in fatty acids omge-3 is capable of maintaining the overall health of the body, including the eyes. Furthermore, salmon also contains folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

 
2. Broccoli
Broccoli contains a lot of vitamin C, calcium, lutein, zeaxanthin, and sulforaphane.
3. Spinach
