FOOD TO BE AVOIDED FOR HYPERTENSION PATIENTS

For those of you Who are suffering or have hypertension need to be in control and in case the type of the type of food that you want to consume, a person who experienced it necessary to limit or reduce the intake of foods containing sodium (NA) there is lots of salt. The following are some foods that should be avoided:

1. 5. Fries - fries in addition to containing high salt, french fries also contain saturated fats that are harmful to your health.

6. Margarine - Margarine has a high saturated fat, for people with hypertension should reduce or replace the use of margarine with olive oil.

7. Meat fat - fatty meats contain harmful fats that if you consume can increase fat levels in the blood stream. This will further jeopardize your hypertension.

8. Instant Noodles - Instant noodle is not a recommended food consumed by people with hypertension. These foods contain salt and preservatives are high.
